The room was quiet and luxury and the staff was welcoming! Marvellous location in the center of Loutraki.

Wi-Fi was bad.

There were climate control and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in the room, appreciated that. Location: the hotel was short walk to spa-everything is close and many stores, cafés and restaurants...

We stayed at Grand Hotel in Loutraki and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, just a few steps away from the beach and surrounded by great restaurants, shops, and cafes. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, ensuring that we had everything we needed during our stay. Our room may have been small, but it had all the amenities we required. Even though parking could be a bit challenging, it didn't overshadow the overall positive experience. We felt safe and comfortable throughout our time at Grand Hotel and would definitely recommend it to others. I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful stay in Loutraki.

The coffee, tea, milk, butter, and cheese for breakfast were much appreciated. The room itself was luxury, brand-new and had essentials I needed. The location was amazing next to the sea and the staff here was welcoming and polite.

Everything was great and the rooms were a nice size. Every staff member was outstandingly accommodating and amiable. The location turned out to be magnificent, just off the center of the city, and all the restaurants and cafes. What's more, it was 5 mins drive from Loutraki blue flag beach.

I had such a great stay at this hotel! the location couldn't have been better. It was right along the main shopping street, with cafes, restaurants, and shops all around. Plus, it was just a short 2-minute walk to the beach, perfect for a leisurely stroll or a day in the sun. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything I needed. And let me tell you about the room! It had two twin beds instead of the queen suite we originally booked, but the beds were so comfortable and spacious. Oh, and did I mention the balcony? It overlooked the bustling street below, making it a great spot to people-watch. And lastly, the breakfast was delicious. I enjoyed a variety of tasty options to start my day off right.

Great value for money. The location couldn't be better - just a few minutes' walk from the beach, shops, and bars. The staff was friendly and attentive. The room had a lovely balcony with a view of the bustling street below.

No major issues, overall a pleasant stay.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us as it was right next to a bus station and taxi stop. there was a supermarket and banks nearby which was really convenient. We loved the excellent amenities provided at the hotel, especially the ancient icons painting exhibition. The staff was helpful, always ready to assist whenever we needed any help.

There was a little step up to the bathroom which could have been a bit dangerous for the clumsier folks. However, we avoided any accidents during our stay.

The hotel's location is fantastic, being just a stone's throw away from the beach. Guests can enjoy the sea and sun without any hassle. the hotel is in a prime location near several shops, cafes and a park. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and excellent shower pressure.

One downside is the lack of proper balconies in the ground level rooms.

The room we were given was small and cramped, making it difficult to move around, and the bathroom was also quite small. the rooms lacked proper ventilation, which made the room smell musty and unpleasant.

the location is perfect, it's so close to the beach that we could easily walk there. Additionally, the staff was really friendly and helpful. They made sure that we had everything we needed throughout our stay, from directions to recommendations for places to eat. Another great aspect was the cleanliness of everything, from the room to the facilities. Lastly, the breakfast offered was delicious and varied, making for an excellent start to our day.
